How to take Shiitake mushroom extract
Shiitake Mushroom Extract is very simple to take. It should be used as a dietary supplement and taken 1-2 times daily. Use 10 to 20 drops at a time. You can take tinctures directly from the bottle or you can add it to tea, coffee, juice, or water. We recommend putting it into peppermint tea and adding a dash of local honey to sweeten.
