How to use Turkey Tail Mushroom Tincture
Spore Shore Mushroom extract tinctures have a recommended dose of 4-20 drops taken 1-3 times per day. You can also take tinctures directly from the bottle or add it to tea, coffee, juice, or water. We recommend dropping it into some peppermint tea and adding a dash of local honey to sweeten.
